## Why the Standards Look the Way They Do

The company started because we kept getting called out to fix the same three failures. Acid-etched garage coatings in Kanata subdivisions that peeled after a single winter of brine. Basement pours in Glebe and Sandy Hill century homes that blistered because nobody had probed the slab for moisture. Warehouse installs with solvent-based budget products that gave up before the first freeze-thaw cycle finished.

So we drew a line. Diamond-grind prep on every slab, no exceptions. ASTM F2170 probes seated in every basement before a base coat is mixed. 100% solid commercial-grade resin on every job, whether it's a single-car garage in Orleans or a food-processing floor in a federal facility. On top of that, an aliphatic polyaspartic wear layer that shrugs off UV, road salt, and the brine drivers track into garages from November through March. The warranty is issued in writing at handover.

Today we cover 13 communities across the NCR with a local crew, in-house grinding and shot-blast rigs, WSIB certification, and $2M of liability coverage. From metallic pours in Rockcliffe living rooms to forklift-spec floors in Kanata warehouses, one crew, one materials list, one warranty.
